8 hour working schedule with a start time of 7am, 8am, or 9am

Base Pay:
$25 - $29 an hour

Commission:
2% of gross profit margin on all sales

Job Overview:

A growing manufacturer of safety and production equipment is seeking to add an
Inside Sales Representative
to its high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate brings high energy, strong self-motivation, and a consistently positive outlook. Additional key attributes include resilience, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation:
  Research and source potential clients
• Qualification:
  Assess leads for fit (budget, need, timeline, etc.)
• Outreach:
  Initiate contact with prospects via calls, email, and other communication channels
• Pipeline building:
  Track interactions and pass qualified leads to the next stage in the sales process
• Data management:
  Maintain accurate records with notes, insights, and relevant client details

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent persuasive and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to research, analyze, and improve lead quality
• Capable of managing a high volume of leads in an organized manner
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred BUT
  individuals coming from a trade background with technical knowledge who are interested in getting into sales are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable using a multi-channel outreach strategy
• Ability to overcome objections and connect with key decision makers
