Work Schedule

• 7 days a week
• Shift hours: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM

(Consistent availability within these hours is required.)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
• Assist shoppers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for cash handling, cashiering, and processing transactions accurately.
• Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and organizing products to maximize visual appeal.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization through regular stocking and merchandising efforts.
• Support inventory management by conducting stock counts, recording discrepancies, and updating inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members to supervise daily store operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Promote store promotions and special offers to increase sales while providing honest product recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies at all times.

Experience

Candidates should possess prior retail sales experience or familiarity with environments where customer service is paramount. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Experience with POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, stocking, and retail math is essential for success in this role. Strong communication skills are necessary to engage confidently with customers and team members alike. A background in retail or familiarity with phone etiquette enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced setting.
