Your Mission

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching an existing high-performing team of field representatives, ensuring their success, development, and accountability.
  • Analyzing team operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans to maximize performance.
  • Exceeding divisional objectives and inspiring your team to do the same — aiming higher than just meeting targets.
  • Providing strategic guidance on client approach, assisting with complex presentations and closing high-value sales.
  • Participating in internal recruitment and interviews to continue building a strong, elite sales team.
  • Conducting quarterly business plans with specific trades (concrete forming, buildings, glazing) and key customers, ensuring follow-ups and proper time management.
  • Transforming client perspectives, demonstrating the added value and ROI of Manulift solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a top-performing and united sales team.
  • Use your network and market knowledge to develop Ontario
  • Develop strategies, tactics, and goals to maximize team performance.
  • Support representatives in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Present business cases clearly showing productivity gains and ROI for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and adapt strategies to remain a market leader.
  • Ensure the daily success of the team in the field and drive continuous improvement.
Experience & Desired Skills
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in construction or industrial equipment.
  • Strong background in business development and market growth.
  • Solid knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Track record of building and growing high-performing sales teams.
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and motivated to always exceed goals.
  • Strong CRM skills and disciplined sales process knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
