Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation of dishes.
• Support the head chef in daily operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the culinary or food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Strong skills in meal preparation and kitchen operations are highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
