POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a hands-on Sr. Product Manager who owns all stages of F&I product development. This role is accountable for building market leading products, scoping and sizing opportunities, drafting requirements, collaborating across Legal, Operations, Sales, Implementations, Reporting and Accounting, coordinating filings and readiness, and driving successful rollouts. The ideal candidate is a product builder and operator who can translate strategy into detailed plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes for Tricor's North American portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all North American (U.S. and Canada) F&I products with internal stakeholders, partners, and our clients.
· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: lead discovery, business casing, requirements, development, approvals, readiness, launch, and post-launch optimization.
· Translate strategy into action. Convert corporate goals and strategies into prioritized multi-quarter product roadmap with clear business cases, milestones and KPIs.
· Lead cross-functional execution, orchestrating key internal departments engaged in product development and maintenance to deliver projects within scope and schedule.
· Manage risk proactively with a visible log, escalate blockers early to drive resolution.
· Shape product outcomes using data. Analyze market trends, partner input, loss experience, and dealer feedback to recommend pricing, coverage structures, and new product concepts.
· Run a dealer and customer feedback loop to identify enhancements and opportunities.
· Ensure regulatory and lender alignment. Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on state and lender requirements during product development; support filings and documentation to maintain operational integrity.
· Drive "go-to market" readiness. Develop launch plans, training materials and sales tools. Ensure systems, forms, rates and operational workflows are production ready.
· Maintain a current view of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory shifts to identify risks and opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field).
· 3-5 years in product management or adjacent roles with demonstrable end-to-end ownership and successful launches required.
· Deep familiarity with automotive F&I products, market dynamics and evolving regulatory considerations.
· Experience partnering with Legal/Compliance on product forms and filings is preferred.
· Proven track record of translating strategy into actionable plans and deliverables, managing projects (concept to completion) and effectively prioritizing tasks across multiple workstreams.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting product requirements, external-facing materials and internal/external presentations.
· Collaborative leader with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external vendors; history of resolving issues quickly and maintaining operational integrity.
· Highly organized and able to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
· Location - Dublin, OH. This position requires considerable time in the Columbus, Ohio area to support operations, develop team members and reinforce culture. Local candidates, or those committed to moving to the Columbus, OH area, will be given strong consideration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90, $110,000.00 per year
