Gigglewaters is a 1920s-inspired speakeasy, social club, and one-screen movie theater located in the heart of Safety Harbor. Were known for elevated comfort food like Wagyu burgers, decadent mac & cheese, and handcrafted cocktails, all served alongside classic films in a unique, nostalgic setting . Our mission is to create a warm, community-driven place where people gather to eat, drink, laugh, and enjoy great cinema together .

What Youll Do
As our Assistant Kitchen Manager, youll report directly to and assist the Kitchen Manager in running a high-energy, efficient, and creative kitchen. Your duties include:

• Supporting daily kitchen operations and workflow

• Supervising and coaching kitchen staff

• Helping manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

• Maintaining consistent food quality, presentation, and portioning

• Ensuring sanitation, food safety, and health compliance

• Partnering with FOH and bar teams for smooth service

• Supporting fun and unique events including our cinematic dining experiences, where food is timed to movie moments

• Assisting with scheduling, shift support, and opening/closing procedures

What Were Looking For

• Experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role

• Open availability nights, weekends, events

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stay cool under pressure no hot tempers; we protect our positive culture

• Organized, reliable, and hospitality-driven
