Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage our target audience, drive conversions, and support overall marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, data analysis, and creative content development to deliver impactful communications across various channels.
Duties
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and Pardot.
- Segment customer lists effectively utilizing customer segmentation strategies to personalize messaging and improve engagement.
- Create compelling email content through copywriting that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design visually appealing email templates using Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and ensure responsiveness across devices.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and automate routine communications.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Email Analytics tools, and other data sources to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, e-commerce, and content creators to align messaging strategies.
- Manage customer data within CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to ensure accurate targeting and reporting.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and email best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email marketing within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Experience with customer segmentation techniques to tailor messaging effectively.
- Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Email Analytics tools for campaign performance tracking.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is a plus for advanced data analysis.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging subject lines and content that drive action.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaigns continuously.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, analytics, and e-commerce integration is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Pay: $50, $60,397.63 per year
