Framer Carpenter

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings and structures, ensuring precision and safety throughout every phase of the project. Your expertise in framing and related carpentry skills will be essential to delivering high-quality results on time and within specifications. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools with accuracy and efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise construction alignment
• Install siding, stucco, trim carpentry, roofing, and other finishing components to complete structures

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing or carpentry roles
• Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, as well as power tools including drills and nail guns
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Capable of heavy lifting and working at heights safely
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to safety standards and quality assurance
