Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, menus, and dietary guidelines during the night shift
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain high hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
• Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and serving them in a timely manner
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients with precision using knife skills
• Collaborate with dietary aides and other team members to deliver quality meals that meet nutritional standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in kitchen or cooking roles are highly desirable
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services preferred
• Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for cooking and d excellence is essential

Shift(S):

Friday: 8PM-2AM (mandatory)

Saturday: 8PM-2AM (mandatory)

Sunday: 12PM-7PM (Sundays are optional or rotational basis)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
