HVAC Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in property maintenance, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and configurations.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and field service teams to complete projects efficiently.
• Utilize welding skills when necessary for repairs or installations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and property maintenance.
• Familiarity with field service operations and customer service practices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in building or construction environments is a plus.
