Crofton, MD | Multiple Shifts Available | PRN and Part time
Starting at $18.33/hr – Higher Rates Available Based on Experience

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.
- Help prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities
- Provide assistance in the dining room – serving meals and clearing tables
- Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors
- Communicate professionally with residents and families
- Maintain required care documentation per state regulations
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization
- Help answer phones as needed
Who We're Looking For
- CNA certification preferred, but PCA/DCS certification may be accepted
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries preferred
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable team player
