About Us
Motorworld Powersports & Golf Cars is one of the fastest-growing golf cart and LSV dealership groups in New England. With multiple locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island — and continued expansion ahead — we are looking for a strong, driven Sales Manager to lead our entire sales team across all stores.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for hiring, training, developing, and managing sales consultants at every Motorworld location, while being primarily based out of our Kingston, MA dealership.
What You'll Do
Sales Leadership & Team Management (All Stores)
- Lead, coach, and manage sales consultants at all Motorworld locations
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, closing techniques, CRM usage, and best practices
- Set performance expectations and hold all sales staff accountable
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Hire and terminate sales consultants as needed, in coordination with ownership and operations
- Ensure consistency in sales process, customer experience, and follow-up across all stores
Sales Operations & Performance
- Oversee and optimize the full sales process group-wide
- Track KPIs: leads, appointment conversions, closing ratios, revenue, accessories penetration, and CSI scores
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and vehicle displays
- Collaborate with management on inventory planning, product mix, and promotions
- Ensure all sales documentation, contracts, and deal files are accurate and compliant
Customer Experience & Brand Reputation
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all stores
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and with a solutions-first mindset
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, service, operations, and delivery teams
- Represent Motorworld at events, expos, and community functions when required
Inter-Store Support & Travel
- Travel between Kingston, Hyannis, and North Kingstown (and future stores) to:
- Coach and support sales reps
- Assist with hiring/onboarding
- Support high-volume sales days
- Ensure consistency in store performance and processes
- Participate in opening future locations as the company expands
Collaboration & Reporting
- Report directly to the Director of Operations and ownership team
- Provide performance reports, staffing updates, and improvement plans
- Work with operations to refine sales policies, scripts, and processes
- Participate in strategic planning for marketing, staffing, and growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of sales management experience (automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or similar preferred)
- Proven success leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
- Comfortable enforcing accountability and handling personnel decisions
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking skills
- Proficient with CRM systems, digital tools, and Google Workspace
- Weekend availability (peak retail hours)
- Valid driver's license required
- Willing to travel between store locations as needed
