  • Does it make you feel good to know you'll be the person who takes care of the needs of our members, either directly, or indirectly by leading those who are processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and front-line team who are the face of the organization?

  • You'll need to be someone our members can trust wholeheartedly to take care of them and their financial needs with both accuracy and efficiency. And someone who can inspire your team to exceed our members' expectations during every transaction.

  • Are you good with money and numbers? Are you someone who can accurately balance a cash drawer at the end of the shift and help others balance, when needed?
  • Do you love helping people? Would you like helping our members with all of their financial well as answering their questions or helping them with problems?
  • You'll get to provide new members with information about all the great services we offer, referring them to your coworkers for more information as we work hard to improve their financial world.
  • Can you have tough conversations in a tactful, constructive, honest way so issues among your team can be quickly solved?
  • Do you influence others to be and do more than they thought was possible, because helping them excel makes you feel great?

Education, SkillsExperience

  • Have you had at least 2 years of teller experience and 3 years of experience in a financial institution?
  • Do you have a minimum of 3 years' customer service experience in any field?
  • Have you had at least 3 years of experience leading a small team of 4 to 6 people?
  • We would love it if you also have some previous experience at a credit union
  • Are you a great communicator...someone who enjoys people and has learned how to make them feel comfortable, appreciated and confident as you help them grow while they serve our members?
  • Are you reliable, dependable, honest, upbeat, and someone who enjoys helping others, as well as being an example to your coworkers?
  • Do you take pride in your work?
  • Are you a star when it comes to accuracy, confidentiality and multi-tasking?
  • Are you a self-motivated self-starter who wants to make a difference in the lives of the people you serve every day?
  • Do you enjoy leading from where you are by being an example and doing the right thing even when no one is looking?

Current opening: Campbell Branch. The Member Experience Team Lead typically works from 8:00 to 5:00, but could be required to fill in for a team member on an opening or closing shift. They may occasionally need to fill in on a Saturday morning (8:45a 12:15p). Opener Shift: 7:15a to 3:45p Closer Shift: 9:00a to 5:45p.
