Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic design, governance, and long-term vision of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role is responsible for defining architecture standards, ensuring platform scalability, and aligning Salesforce capabilities with business objectives and IT strategy. The architect will analyze complex requirements, design integrated and secure solutions, and guide teams through implementation to ensure consistency and best practices. This position plays a key role in system modernization, data integrity, and integration planning, while collaborating closely with business leaders, technical teams, and executives. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and the leadership skills needed to influence decisions, drive digital transformation, and support enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture framework.
• Evaluate business needs and translate them into secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead solution design, data architecture, and integration planning.
• Establish architectural standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and leadership to guide project decisions.
• Provide oversight throughout development, testing, and deployment.

What You Need to Have

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and integration patterns.
• Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into technical architecture.
• Experience with enterprise application design and long-term system planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to work across multiple teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Purview, G5 Compliance, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High).
• Understanding of Zero Trust models, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, KQL, or Graph API for automation and reporting.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years in a senior, lead, or architectural leadership role.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $ $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
