PTM Member Representative
DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our PTM team. What You'll have the Opportunity to do:
- Provide exceptional member service via our PTM channel.
- Match the right products and services to meet the needs of each member.
- Offer a dedicated career development plan to advance the knowledge and skills to provide full service for each member experience.
- Serve as trusted advisors by building strong relationships and always acting in the best interest of our members.
- Inform, educate, and advise members of DCCU's products and services that contribute to their financial health and well-being.
- Execute member requests to include transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, stop payments, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise involving the various electronic channels.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Computer, typing, and basic keyboarding skills.
- High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team, and department goals while promoting a positive team environment to include remaining flexible and taking initiative, and a strong regard for confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and conversations.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to work in a fast-paced environment while managing large volume of transactions.
- Prior retail sales and call center experience is preferred.
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred.
