Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate framing crews to execute residential home framing projects efficiently and safely.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately.
• Oversee building , framing, and other structural components to ensure stability and compliance with building codes.
• Supervise masonry, plastering, stucco application, siding installation, roofing, and trim carpentry to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate construction activities on-site.
• Ensure proper use of hand tools and adherence to safety protocols during all phases of construction.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Inspect work regularly to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support site organization by managing materials, tools, and equipment efficiently for seamless workflow.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members through ongoing training and supervision.

Requirements

• 5+ years framing experience.
• Proven experience in residential construction with a focus on framing or carpentry roles.
• Leading a crew or managing framing operations
• Residential home framing
• Ability to read blueprints and manage framing schedule/materials

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to home building projects.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, concrete finishing processes, and masonry work.
• Skilled in using hand tools for framing, woodworking, siding installation, and other carpentry tasks.
• Experience managing or supervising construction crews on-site with excellent leadership skills.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to construction site operations and OSHA regulations.
• Valid certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus but not mandatory. Pay: $ $29.13 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
