Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven System Specialist to join our sales team. This individual will play a critical role in driving new business and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in sales but also comfortable with leveraging technology to streamline processes, manage customer data, and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize technology platforms (CRM systems, automation tools, and communication software) to manage leads, track sales activities, and improve efficiency.
- Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms to showcase solutions and close deals.
- Educate customers on our pest control solutions and services, including MosquitoNix systems, and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects using CRM tools.
- Follow up on warm leads, lost leads, and canceled customers to convert them into satisfied clients through personalized promotions and incentives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposal presentations aligned with customer needs.
- Respond to quote requests in a timely manner and ensure routine follow-ups to drive sales closures.
- Monitor and convert open leads into sales opportunities.
- Submit detailed lead and sales reports daily via email or CRM, including comprehensive notes and updates in alignment with the sales process SOP training.
- Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to uphold a professional and consistent work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a customer service role (preferably in inside sales or a related field).
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to create and manage reports, processes, and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pest control, home services, or related industries.
- Familiarity with automated customer engagement tools is an advantage.
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools to track sales metrics.
