Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Therapy Recruiter to join our expanding healthcare talent acquisition team. Duties

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for therapy roles by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates through innovative strategies such as social media management, cold calling, and leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever and iCIMS.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with therapy candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate a smooth hiring process and foster long-term talent management.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews focusing on technical recruiting skills, communication skills, and cultural fit to ensure candidates meet both clinical and organizational standards.
• Manage employment contracts, employee orientation sessions, and employee evaluation processes in compliance with employment & labor law.

• Collaborate with internal teams on succession planning initiatives and training & development programs to build a robust talent pipeline for future therapy staffing needs.
• Engage in campus recruitment activities to attract emerging therapy professionals from educational institutions.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitive market insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve talent acquisition outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with HR sourcing standards while managing relationships through social media management tools and platforms like Salesforce for candidate engagement.
• Support HR functions related to employee relations, employee orientation, contracts management, and performance evaluations ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting or healthcare staffing with a focus on therapy or allied health roles.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate expectations and employer branding efforts.

• Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to healthcare staffing to ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing via social media management tools and conducting cold calls for lead generation purposes.
• Experience in internal recruiting strategies including employee relations initiatives and employee orientation programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during research and candidate screening activities.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.
• Familiarity with sales techniques applied within recruiting contexts to enhance candidate engagement efforts.
