Unit Manager, Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate RN to join our team at The Lodge at Mills River as the Unit Manager. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with medical professionals, and ensure the well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities of the Unit Manager:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and support staff
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the unit, including staffing, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical guidelines
- Develop and implement patient care protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster integrated care delivery
Unit Manager Qualifications & Skills:
- The Unit Manager must have an active RN Licnese
- Experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to manage clinical risk, patient safety, and lead person-centered care
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
