Unit Manager, Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities of the Unit Manager:

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and support staff
• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the unit, including staffing, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical guidelines
• Develop and implement patient care protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster integrated care delivery

Unit Manager Qualifications & Skills:

• The Unit Manager must have an active RN Licnese
• Experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical risk, patient safety, and lead person-centered care
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
