Job Summary: The Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading senior-level sourcing and recruitment efforts, with a focus on identifying and securing top level talent. This position will serve as a strategic advisor and brand ambassador, leveraging market intelligence and industry networks to build robust talent pipelines and anticipate future workforce needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Senior-Level Sourcing & Recruitment
    • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify senior executives, practice leaders, and highly specialized engineering talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end executive search process, from research and outreach to assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for leadership and critical technical roles.
  • Business Partnership
    • Partner directly with HR leaders to define hiring priorities, role profiles, and success criteria.
  • Provide insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the firm's vision, culture, and growth opportunities to high-caliber candidates.
  • Market Intelligence & Networks
    • Leverage industry knowledge and networks to map competitor organizations, identify key talent pools, and anticipate future needs.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with potential candidates, search firms, and industry associations to expand reach.
  • Candidate Experience & Assessment
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, feedback, and personalized engagement.
  • Apply rigorous assessment techniques to evaluate leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on structured interview processes and selection decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience: Seven years' experience of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in executive search or senior-level recruiting, ideally in engineering, consulting, or technical professional services.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven success sourcing and placing senior leaders in highly competitive markets
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with executives as a strategic partner
  • Deep sourcing expertise using direct outreach, research tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking strategies
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative to drive projects forward, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
