Job Summary

As a Corporate Recruiter at DebtBlue, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, results-oriented Recruiter that is looking to leverage their experience to build teams, partner with executive leadership, and operate as the ambassador for the organization. This person should be passionate about the brand of the company, the quality of hires, and be excited about impacting the hiring efforts from a strategic perspective.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought leader in Recruitment best practices while partnering with Hiring Managers and the Executive Leadership team.
  • Conduct intake meetings to determine key job duties, candidate profiles, hiring requirements, and establish creative sourcing strategies.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's value proposition, culture, and benefits to effectively communicate with candidates.
  • Regularly meet with hiring managers to proactively identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously across the organization.
  • Review internal and external resumes to assess suitability and qualifications.
  • Conduct phone and virtual screenings to recommend qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct passive searches using job boards, databases, and social media platforms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Assist in creating job postings and job descriptions.
  • Support talent brand and recruitment marketing initiatives where needed.
  • Manage communication with all candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Maintain candidate records and hiring information through the ATS.
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding processes, departmental initiatives, and ad-hoc recruiting projects.
  • Attend local job fairs and hiring events to support recruiting efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
  • Experience recruiting in call-center or fast-paced environments preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Technology, etc.)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and passive sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Experience working in a performance-driven recruiting environment is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional candidate experience.
