SNIPES Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service including stock and replenishment, as well as maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities include achieving or exceeding established goals, actively participating in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs, developing and maintaining relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service, meeting company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge, and store operations, assisting store management as needed to maintain the store, following visual merchandising standards, assisting store management to take markdowns in a correct and timely manner, following all security policies and procedures, and watching for potential shortages through prompt servicing of customers. Key partners include store management, human resources, district manager, and asset protection. Qualifications include being at least 16 years of age, having strong attention to detail, and being able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Candidates must present a neat appearance and personal grooming, and be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift. Lifting between 15-30 pounds is also required. Skills and cultural success factors include enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, being disciplined and self-motivated, goal oriented, a team player, adaptable and flexible, and a fast learner.
