We are on a mission to revolutionize the industries that build our world by meeting enterprises where their data lives, delivering faster workflows and reduced manual effort./ph3The Role/h3pWe are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and qualify pipeline in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. This is a technical sales position, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, and will play a critical role in solidifying Nomics position in the industry./ppThe Senior SDR will focus on targeting and engaging with AEC firms, from local operators to global enterprises. You will drive outbound outreach, research accounts, qualify leads, and engage prospects through calls, emails, and events. Beyond prospecting, youll work closely with leadership in a co-sales capacity: helping prepare and participate in client presentations, supporting live demos, and reinforcing Nomics technical value during customer conversations. This is also a growth role: you will gain exposure to full-cycle sales, including closing deals, upselling, and managing channel partners./ph3What Youll Do/h3ullipRun targeted outbound prospecting campaigns, including cold calling and email outreach/p/lilipResearch accounts, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads across the AEC industry/p/lilipFollow up on inbound leads to build a high-quality pipeline/p/lilipCollaborate in co-selling motions with senior sales leadership and Account Executives/p/lilipParticipate in client meetings, demos, and presentations, providing technical sales support/p/lilipCommunicate the technical capabilities of Nomics AI platform in a clear, value-driven way/p/lilipCollaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and industry events/p/lilipMaintain accurate records in HubSpot and run sales automation campaigns/p/lilipPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and others to drive engagement/p/lilipLearn and contribute to closing motions, upselling strategies, and partner management/p/li/ulh3About You/h3ullip35 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AEC technology (Procore, Autodesk, Bentley, or similar)/p/lilipBonus: experience selling AI or other advanced tech solutions/p/lilipBachelors degree required/p/lilipSkilled in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable with sales automation/p/lilipStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value/p/lilipComfortable working in technical sales environments, collaborating with engineers, and presenting to both business and technical stakeholders/p/lilipResilient and results-oriented, with a proven ability to hit and exceed targets/p/lilipBased in New York City, with flexibility to travel and work three days per week in our office/p/li/ulh3What We Offer/h3ullip$70K base salary + $30K OTE + incentive package/p/lilipHealth benefits and unlimited PTO/p/lilipHybrid NYC work model (3 days in office)/p/lilipRegular travel opportunities/p/lilipA chance to grow in a small, high-impact team at the cutting edge of AI in the built world/p/lilipMentorship and exposure to closing, upselling, and partner management/p/li/ul/div
