*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team, dedicated to improving patients’ mobility, function, and quality of life. In this role, you will assess individual needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or manage chronic conditions while promoting independence and well-being. We are a privately owned clinic with focus on holistic treatment approach, from sports and ortho to vestibular and pelvic health. We utilize Joint manipulation, dry needling and excellent treatment modalities such as the SHOCKWAVE and LASER to enhance our patients' quality of life. We take pride in offering one-on -one direct patient care and were rated the best in Bedford this year, with most google reviews. We are offering a flexible schedule with this job for therapists who wish to earn extra alongside their current job. 10 hours on Fridays and 2 hours each day M-F 5-7pm

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions using medical terminology and physiology knowledge to determine appropriate treatment strategies
* Develop and implement customized care plans that address specific patient needs in inpatient, outpatient, or home & community care settings
* Administer physiotherapy treatments including trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and other specialized modalities
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless continuity of care across hospital, home health, and clinic environments
* Monitor patient progress regularly through EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and adjust treatment plans accordingly
* Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention techniques, and self-management strategies for long-term health benefits
* Document all patient interactions thoroughly in compliance with healthcare standards and maintain accurate records for legal and clinical purposes
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessments and treatment planning
* Proven experience in acute care, inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments
* Expertise in physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation
* Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and patient record management
* Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatrics
* Excellent communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
* Experience in discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans that promote optimal recovery outcomes

Pay: $45.00 - $56.00 per hour
