Retail Las Vegas & Henderson, NV Full-Time | Base Pay: $35k-$45k + Commission We're Ace Hardwarethe Helpful Place. And now, we're looking for a driven, people focused Outside B2B Sales Rep to help us grow business customer relationships across Las Vegas and Henderson. This isn't a desk job. You'll spend your time out in the fieldon job sites, in offices, or wherever local businesses need support. Your mission: to be helpful, solve problems, and become the go-to partner for commercial customers who rely on Ace Hardware to keep their operations running smoothly. What You'll Do: Build and grow B2B customer accountscontractors, hospitality teams, property managers, and more Follow up on leads from stores, employees, and our company website Actively prospect new business through in-person visits, networking, and relationship-building Work with store teams to coordinate special orders or inventory for your accounts Help coordinate and assist with deliveries when needed Track performance and work toward monthly sales and annual growth goals What You Bring: Friendly, service-first attitude with strong communication skills Experience in outside sales, account management, or customer service Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage your own time and territory Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable walking job sites and navigating various environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist in basic delivery support Bonus Points For: Experience in hardware, construction, or maintenance supply Existing contacts in the Las Vegas/Henderson business community Bi-lingual Spanish skills Knowledge of basic sales tools or CRMs What You Get: Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Full-time schedule with weekday focus Mileage reimbursement Ongoing training and support from a locally owned Ace Hardware team Generous employee discount on thousands of products The opportunity to grow a business segment you can take pride in Company Introduction: We are your local hardware store and we are a part of your community.
