This role is a launchpad to learn, connect, and thrive alongside some of the best teammates in the industry./ph3What Youll Do/h3pDeliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model./ppActively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc./ppActively assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations, to create a seamless shopping experience./ppWork closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies./ppServe as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs./ppAdhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives./ph3What Youll Bring to the Table/h3pMust be 16 years or older./ppFlexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position./ppA team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment./ppAbility to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor./ppAbility to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks./ppAbility to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise./ppAbility to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance./ppAbility to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store./ppAbility to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time./ppAbility to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer./ppThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
