Education, Certification, and/or Licensure: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Class A Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Three years driving experience with a vehicle of similar or greater size and complexity to the mobile imaging vehicle. Core Duties and Responsibilities

Independently conduct preservice site visits and communication as needed to ensure a safe travel plan and site visit. Includes, but not limited to, site scouting, location planning, safe route designation, alternative route planning and vehicle and safety/security planning during travel. Perform routine maintenance on the vehicle while the vehicle is both at the "home" site and while the vehicle is traveling. Trouble shooting with both the vehicle vendor and other equipment specialists to support any ongoing or larger scope maintenance projects. Facilitate and/or perform cleaning of interior and exterior of vehicle to always maintain a superior appearance. Act as an ambassador with clear communication both in person, via electronic medium and phone, on behalf of the Imaging program. Interact professionally with internal contacts and individuals across the state/nation and participate in patient relations in support of the program objectives and goals. Create and maintain policies and procedures in support of safe unit operations. Create and maintains records, to include travel logs and mapped plans for all excursions. Complete and maintain a Vehicle Condition Checklist with each use of the vehicle. Design and execute maintenance schedules and checklists for optimal vehicle operation. Function in a supportive role to the Imaging Program and performs clerical duties in support of patient care as needed. Maintain and submit records for compliance of the vehicle to all state and federal regulations. Create and execute safety policies in compliance with hospital and vehicle vendor guidelines. Comply to and submits all documentation incompliance with WVUH travel policies. Actively participate in program and department meetings. Physical Requirements
