We are looking for a reliable Shipping Clerk to manage outbound shipments from our Provo, Utah facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all products are prepared, documented, and dispatched accurately and on time. Your duties will include preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, verifying package contents, and maintaining shipping records. This position demands excellent organizational skills and a thorough understanding of shipping procedures. You will be the point person for outgoing logistics, ensuring that everything leaves our warehouse in perfect order. A strong focus on accuracy is required to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires working closely with the warehouse floor and administrative staff. Proficiency in using shipping software and carrier websites is essential. We prioritize the safety of our employees and provide all necessary PPE . The ability to perform regular lifting of boxes up to 50 lbs is also a requirement. This is a key role in our supply chain and logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Generate shipping labels and customs documentation as needed.
- Schedule pickups with various shipping carriers.
- Verify package contents and weight for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and documentation.
- Communicate with customers and carriers regarding shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations.

- Assist with inventory checks related to outbound goods.
