We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to minimize inventory loss. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by upholding the integrity of our stock. Your responsibilities will include reconciling physical inventory with system data, identifying root causes of inventory variances, and recommending process improvements. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a highly efficient inventory management system. You will collaborate closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, and management to achieve departmental goals. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with inventory management software are essential. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a significant plus. You will be expected to adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. This role involves a significant amount of attention to detail and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required occasionally.
