We are hiring energetic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment, ensuring aisles are clear and materials are stored properly.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Follow proper **lifting** techniques to prevent personal injury and damage to goods.
- Report any workplace **safety** hazards or concerns to management immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals within the **logistics** flow.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in efficiency and **safety**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Commitment to following **safety** guidelines and using required **PPE**.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
