Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of warehouse duties including receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts after certification.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and system updates.
  • Adhere to all **safety** regulations and protocols, including the proper use of **PPE**.
  • Participate in regular **safety** training and promote a **safety**-first culture.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Understand and apply safe **lifting** techniques for manual handling.
  • Support other warehouse operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our **logistics** operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with warehouse **logistics**, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of **safety** procedures and willingness to follow all **PPE** requirements.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed.
