Your duties will include picking items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, accurately packing them for shipment, and preparing them for **logistics**. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to meet performance targets. You will work with RF scanners and other warehouse technology to manage orders. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is crucial, and adherence to all **safety** protocols, including the mandatory use of **PPE**, is expected. The role involves significant walking, standing, and frequent **lifting** of items, sometimes up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure quality.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines and wear required **PPE**.
- Contribute to efficient **logistics** by meeting picking and packing quotas.
- Perform **lifting** of products up to 40 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with **lifting**, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Knowledge of **safety** procedures and **PPE** usage.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** processes.
