We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be integral to the smooth functioning of our logistics and inventory management processes. Your responsibilities will span across various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. We value accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately inventory incoming stock.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Pack items securely to ensure safe transit.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all company policies.
- Utilize and properly wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform regular manual lifting of packages and materials, with typical lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics hub.
This role requires physical dexterity, the ability to work efficiently, and a keen eye for detail. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
