We are actively recruiting experienced Forklift Operators to join our Virginia Beach, Virginia warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the movement of materials and products throughout our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include operating forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks, transport goods to and from storage areas, and assist with inventory management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification, a proven track record of safe operation, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics. You must be proficient in various types of forklifts and able to navigate narrow aisles and congested areas with precision. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all company policies and OSHA regulations is mandatory. This includes wearing the appropriate PPE at all times and practicing safe lifting techniques. You will be expected to perform daily equipment inspections to ensure operational readiness and report any mechanical issues immediately. You will collaborate with other warehouse associates to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
