You will be responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has good organizational skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will use RF scanners or pick lists to locate items and prepare them for packing and shipping. This position requires stamina, as it involves significant standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs. Safety is our utmost priority, and you must strictly follow all company safety procedures, including the use of required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or manual pick sheets.
- Verify product identification and quantities before fulfilling orders.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all established safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily picking targets for speed and accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
- This position requires frequent lifting and physical movement throughout the shift.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics operations.
