We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your responsibilities may vary daily, requiring flexibility and a willingness to learn. A strong commitment to Safety is essential; you will be expected to follow all company procedures and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. This position involves regular physical activity, including Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending. Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus, but training will be provided. You will be part of a dynamic logistics environment where teamwork and efficiency are highly valued. Accuracy and attention to detail are important to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory integrity. We offer a supportive atmosphere and opportunities for growth within the logistics field. Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform frequent Lifting of products, weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
