Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency in logistics.
- Identify and report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
- Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain principles.
- Must wear all required PPE, including safety shoes, vests, and gloves.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
