We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse operations running efficiently. Your contributions are key to our logistics success and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Utilize warehouse equipment and systems effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with general logistics concepts.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and following all safety guidelines.
- Reliability and punctuality.
