Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring quality and quantity.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring they are secure and correctly labeled.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a strong asset.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
