We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our busy facility in Orlando, Florida. This versatile role supports various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and packing. You will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory, contributing directly to our logistics success. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You'll work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to order slips or scanner.
- Prepare and load shipments for transport.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Assist with inventory control and stocktaking.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, which may include manual Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret product labels and order forms.
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all protocols.
- Willingness to use and maintain required PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
