Are you detail-oriented and analytical? We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our San Jose, California distribution center. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory through regular cycle counts, system adjustments, and discrepancy investigations. Your duties will include performing physical inventory counts, reconciling counts with system records, identifying root causes of inventory variances, and implementing corrective actions. You will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices is essential. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to data management. While this role is less physically demanding than others, it still requires some Lifting and the ability to navigate the warehouse environment. Maintaining a safe workspace and adhering to all Safety protocols, including the use of PPE , is mandatory. This is a key position within our Logistics operations, directly impacting profitability and customer satisfaction.
