Join our dedicated team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders within our logistics operations. This role is fundamental to delivering excellent customer service, as you will be responsible for picking products, packing them carefully, and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will utilize various tools and systems, including scanning equipment, to maintain inventory accuracy and order integrity. This position requires physical stamina, involving significant time spent standing, walking, and performing moderate Lifting tasks. Safety is paramount; strict adherence to all company safety procedures and the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are mandatory. Your efforts will directly contribute to the timely delivery of goods and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of new inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established safety rules and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
