As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification, a strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures, and the ability to operate various types of forklifts with precision. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for proper operation and report any issues.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and order picking as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Handle materials, including moderate to heavy Lifting, using safe operating procedures.
- Support overall Logistics operations by ensuring efficient material flow.
- Follow all traffic and safety rules within the warehouse premises.
