Our busy distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an energetic Distribution Center Associate to join our team. This role is fundamental to our operations, encompassing a wide range of warehouse activities from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and inventory management. You will be instrumental in maintaining the flow of goods, ensuring that our products are handled with care and efficiency. Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, conducting cycle counts, and contributing to a culture of safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
  • Perform other duties as directed by warehouse management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 60 lbs.
  • Experience operating various types of warehouse machinery.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices and proper PPE usage.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and operational efficiency in logistics.
