We are hiring Order Pickers in Seattle, Washington! If you are meticulous, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, preparing them for shipment, and contributing to the efficiency of our Logistics operations. Your attention to detail ensures our customers receive the correct products, on time. We prioritize your well-being and provide all necessary PPE , along with comprehensive training on our strict Safety standards. This role requires physical stamina, including walking, standing for long hours, and regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or order sheets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity goals.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Understanding and commitment to workplace Safety .
