Seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota to join our vital operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of goods within our distribution hub, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will engage in a variety of warehouse tasks, contributing to efficient Logistics and supply chain management. This position involves considerable physical effort, including regular Lifting and moving of materials, requiring candidates to be physically fit and capable. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Follow all warehouse procedures and company policies.
- Contribute to team efforts and meet performance goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to handle Lifting of up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety regulations.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
