divh2Sales Development Representative (SDR)/h2pAirGarage is seeking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team!/ppYou will work closely with our VP of Sales, SDR Manager, Head of Sales Operations, Account Executives, and your fellow SDR team members./ppYou will qualify leads and sales opportunities, reach out to them via cold call, LinkedIn, and tailored email, and engage in conversations with potential customers to pitch the value of our product and book discovery calls for Account Executives./ppWe value coaching and personal development and are committed to supporting you in growing your sales career. You will receive hands-on coaching, mentorship, and development from the sales leadership team./ppWe are looking for folks that are coachable and scrappy with a growth mindset and strong work ethic. We believe that anyone can succeed in sales as long as they are passionate about what they are selling and are willing to apply themselves to improve every day./ppTo be considered for this role, you must follow the instructions for How To Apply at the bottom of this posting./ppResearch targeted accounts and identify qualified opportunities via outbound prospecting./ppGenerate pipeline for our Account Executives through cold calling and emailing using account-based strategies such as multi-threading and tailored messaging to personas./ppCollaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff and work on reengaging past opportunities./ppUse tools such as Reonomy, Crexi, and Zoominfo to research and find out who parking asset owners are in your territory./ppWork closely with our enrichment team to identify ownership and key decision-makers and to help maintain Salesforce hygiene./ppPartner with sales operations and product to provide ongoing from the frontlines feedback./ppProvide insights and solutions to improve and optimize our process and training./ppMeet and exceed monthly sales targets./ppA creative thinker who is not afraid to tackle challenging problems./ppYou embrace and seek feedback, minimizing the time from feedback to execution./ppYou are relentless in your research and will exhaust all avenues to connect with decision makers./ppYou like to collaborate with your team and want to contribute to a positive team environment with colleagues./ppYou have a tenacious and gritty attitude in the face of adversity and rejection./ppYou have a track record of success in a previous SDR/BDR role or similar industry./ppIf you dont like waking up every day and facing rejection head on, this role is not for you./ppIf you arent working to make yourself at least a little bit better every day, this role is not for you./ppIf you dont like doing research to understand customers and their pain points so that you can tailor a pitch to their needs, this role is not a fit for you./ppTo succeed here, you need to be comfortable with:/pulliCold calling every day, day in and day out/liliHeavy account + persona research to understand the people youre pitching/liliPersonalized + tailored email outreach to succinctly and creatively convey our value proposition/liliPushing yourself to be better every day than you were the day before/li/ulpTo be considered for this role, you must do the following:/polliCall our CEOs cell phone at (628) 333-3531. Team members should expect ~6 weeks of travel per year for:/pulli23 full company offsites, Remote Weeks/liliLending a hand to support 2 new location launches/liliIn-person onboarding as well as supporting other onboarding sessions for new team members/li/ulpThe rest of the year, team members can work remotely from wherever (US time zones) theyre most comfortable as long as they are performing well in their role.
