In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will play a key role in improving patients’ quality of life through personalized therapy plans and compassionate, family-centered care.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges using established clinical techniques
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication abilities and swallowing function
* Provide engaging therapy sessions for pediatric populations, including early intervention services for infants and young children
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and session notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
* Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies to support progress at home
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Valid licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of New Jersey
* ASHA certification (*CCC-SLP*) required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
