Job Overview Join Bob's Discount Furniture as a Bob's Squad Support Associate and be a key part of delivering exceptional support throughout the customer journey. In this omnichannel role, you'll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This is a full-time, in-store position with required flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
