As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant you’ll guide customers from entry through to aftersales – helping them find the right car, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth order process.
On an average day, you’ll be…
Helping customers find the right car, based on what they need
Delivering outstanding five‑star service for every customer
Building and maintaining lasting relationships through every step of the sales process
Selling the right sales package for the customer (finance to servicing) with integrity and professionalism
Co‑ordinating order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
Working as part of a dynamic team to ensure deadlines are met and promises are honoured
Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
The Skills And Qualities You Need…
Excellent communication, organisational and people skills
Bags of energy and enthusiasm
Attention to detail and well‑organised to deliver promises and exceed expectations
The desire for a lasting, fulfilling career
Full driving licence held for at least 1 year

£25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car
On target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped earning potential
